Education & EdTech

Education & EdTech
The education sector is experiencing a structural transition. The education sector is moving from a traditional classroom-based model to a technology-enabled learner-centric model. This is true for K-12 institutions, universities, EdTech startups and scale-up companies, and learning and skill development platforms to name a few. They all feel the mounting pressure on digital infrastructure, compliance, funding, and scaling delivery.
SARC supports the ecosystem across the education landscape – higher education institutions, EdTech entrepreneurs, venture investors, and public-private partnerships – in developing the right governance, financial and legal tools for growth. We focus on both the regulatory requirements and also compliance with National education projects set out by UGC and AICTE, the Foreign Contribution and Regulation Act (FCRA) when working with international partners, as well as the fundamental structuring of not-for-profit or hybrid education models.
SARC positions education institutions, and innovators of education, with a strategic partner focused on developing financially sustainable, ethically governed, and future ready education models that can also be scaled without compromising quality, and credibility.
